So, I'll get right to it... I have anxiety issues. Essential oils can help with many things, so I did some research and came up with this recipe for a room spray to lift my spirits when I have those anxious moments.
1) Gather together your essential oils - cinnamon, ginger, peppermint, lemon (you could substitute grapefruit), witch hazel, and boiled, then cooled, water. If you're a tea drinker, you probably have the water in a kettle on your cooktop. You will also need a spray bottle and a liquid measuring cup.
2) For 4 ounces of room spray: pour 2 oz water and 2 oz witch hazel into the measuring cup. Pour carefully into the spray bottle. Add 6 drops each of cinnamon and ginger essential oils, and 4 drops each of peppermint and lemon essential oils. Put the spray cap on tightly, shake well, and you're ready to go!
Love room sprays! And especially natural ones since you aren't breathing chemicals!! Natural is always a better choice :)
