Why use a toner?

Toner penetrates and cleans deeper to support the other products in your skin care routine, allowing your serums and moisturizers to really work deeper in your skin.
 
To use, spray over your face and throat after washing. If you prefer, you may apply the toner to a cotton ball and gently wipe over your face and throat. Follow with a moisturizer.
